Settlement

Your home island can only hold so much army. Settlements raise that limit, so your recruitment sites can keep recruiting.

The strength limit

Every home island can hold 15'000'000 strength. Each Settlement adds 100'000 per level, so 10 Settlements at level 9 raise the limit to 24'000'000.

A unit's strength is its higher value (attack or defense) plus half its lower value. A Druid Naki (30/30) counts as 45, a Vahloc (30/120) as 135.

The limit only applies to units on your home island. Once it is full, newly recruited units are not added; instead they are converted into ranking points at 40'000 strength per point. Units you move to an event island free up room at home.

Levels

Every site starts at level 1 and can be upgraded to level 9 with Soulstones. The cost shown is for reaching that level. While Builder's Grace is active, level-ups cost 20% less.

Getting a Settlement

Turn any unlocked site (except the Temple) into a Settlement for 50'000Soulstones. The new site starts at level 1, and the levels of the site you replaced are lost. You can have up to 10 of them, locked plots included.

Tips

  • A new island starts with 3'750'000 strength from its starting army, so there is room at first. Build Settlements before your recruitment stalls, not after.
  • Recruitment sites that run into a full island waste their output: check the limit after every big upgrade.
